Activating a client

All clients are active by default.  If you have deactivated a client, you may reactivate them at any time.  To activate a Client:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Client Management. The Client Management tab opens.

  2. In the left-hand column, click Clients. The Clients spreadsheet opens.

  3. Select the client you want to activate (you can activate more than one at a time) by checking the box located to the left of the client name.

  4. From the Action menu, click Activate. The client will be activated.
