You can merge two or more of a client's accounts into one account. (This is also referred to as creating account aggregates.)
In the left navigation pane, click Client Management. The Client Management tab opens.
In the left-hand navigation pane, click Clients. The Clients spreadsheet opens, listing the clients. Double-click on one of your clients .
Select the accounts you want to merge by checking the boxes to the left of the account names.
From the Action menu, point to Utilities, then click on Account Aggregate. A message appears asking if you want to aggregate duplicate securities. Click Yes or No.
The accounts are merged into an aggregate account you are taken to the Holdings Summary.
Click Save or Save + Close. The Account Basics box opens. In the Account Name box, enter in a name for the merged account. Select or enter any additional account basics information here.
Click Next. The merged account is saved and listed in the Accounts area for the client.
