You can search for securities, indexes, category averages, and more depending on the universe you are in.
Step 1:
Find by Name
Click Name.
Click Begins with to type the first few letters of the security name
-OR-
Click Contains (min 4) and type at least four letters contained within the security name. (For example, you could type gold to find all the funds with the word ‘gold’ in their titles.)
To include inactive securities in the search, check the Include Inactive box.
Click Go. The results of the search appear in the Available Records/Total records box.
Select the securities to add, then click >. If you want to add all the displayed available records, click >>. They appear in the Selected Items/Total records box.
Find by Ticker
Click Ticker.
To include inactive securities in the search, check the Include Inactive box.
Type the ticker symbol in the box provided, then click Go. You can add up to 10 tickers at a time - just separate multiple tickers with commas. The results appear in the Available Records/Total records box.
Select the securities to add, then click >. They appear in the Selected Records/Total records box.
Find by Policy (Variable Annuity and Variable Life Universes only)
Click Policy.
Type the first few letters of the policy name in the box, then click Go. The Select Policy dialog box appears.
Select a policy from the list, then click OK. The subaccounts within that policy appear the Items Added to the Final List box.
Step 2:
You can switch among the universes listed above and keep repeating all of these instructions as needed until all of the holdings you want in your portfolio are added to the Final List.
When you are finished adding all of the holdings, click OK.
